What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing children explore and learn from new experiences. School should provide children opportunities to experience a wide range of environments and activities, such as the outdoors, sensory play, art projects, and imaginative play.

Elizabeth Rohner graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Educational Studies. She received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in Boston. Elizabeth has worked in private and public elementary schools as well as preschools. She taught at WPSN from 2001 to 2003, her son attended school here, and she is happy to be teaching again at WPSN. A hobby of hers is reading and sharing books with children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, quilting, and reading.
